Ryan Normoyle
Originally from Mount Laurel, NJ. Played collegiate baseball at Washington College (MD).

- Led team to the conference playoffs for the first time in school history.
- As a senior, he established single-season school records.

- Shoremen's record-holder in career hits (208), doubles (54), at bats (534), runs scored (138), RBI (139), total bases (341), stolen bases (94) and fielding assists (352).

Coach Normoyle has experience as a tournament director for the largest youth baseball event company in the world (Perfect Game) and college recruiting firm (Next College Student Athlete).
Miguel Dotres
Served on the board of Charlotte County Soccer Federation from 2015 to 2021 as Treasurer, Vice President of Rec Soccer South. In 2021 FYSA recognize Charlotte County for Outstanding Rec Program of the Year. He received Coach of the year in 2019, President's Award 2020 from CCSF.
Coach Dotres has been coaching soccer for over 12 years.
Coach Dotres is USSF-D licensed and in the process of his USSF-C license, Accredited and Certified Interscholastic Coach with a Soccer concentration, along with multiple US Soccer Grassroot Certificates. He currently coaches for Cape Coral Cyclones, Charlotte High School Boys Soccer, Punta Gorda Middle School and is a staff coach for FYSA ODP.
Professionally he has over 20 years of executive level experience with both private and SEC publicly traded companies. Miguel has served on the board of directors for private and publicly traded companies and has worked as a private contractor for publicly traded companies and government agencies. Miguel has worked for The State of Florida Revenue Department and is currently working for Charlotte County Community Services and Charlotte County Schools.
Miguel is the Co Founder of the WIN Institute a coaching and player focused educational non-profit organization.
He moved to the Southwest Florida area in 2005 with his wife Nicole and two children, Miguel Jr. and Nina.
